The Magik Markers are a noise-rock band who feed directly from the influence of No-Wave and elements of improvisation. The band hail from Hartford, Conneticut and Elisa Ambrogio, Leah Quimby and Pete Nolan have two releases of inventory guitar distortion. The first, I Trust My Guitar was released on Thurston Moore's Ecstatic Peace label in 2005 and then a full length CD, A Panegyric To The Things I Do Not Understand was released in 2006.
