THE TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE
The TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE is a band from Dayton Ohio.
Their singer/guitar player, Mitch Mitchell is a former member of popular cult band Guided By Voices and he appears on all their records - even playing some bass on the most recent album. He regularly toured with GBV up until 1997. Drummer Craig-O is also a GBV tour veteran, BTW. Mitch is from Dayton, Ohio, the others are from Columbus, Ohio - and they all write, so the band has a variety of songwriting styles in their repertoire.
They play HARD rock - not punk, not heavy metal!

Craig-O has recently left the band (although he does appear on the 7") and has been replaced by somebody named Mark. We do not know Mark's last name at the moment, but we do know he's a kickass drummer!
