The music of Wolves In The Throne Room (Southern Lord) is rooted in the traditions of Black Metal, but they are no average Black Metal band; they strive to remain organic and true to their own personal manifesto. With a desire to experiment, and to steer clear of the theatrics and faux aggression that many of this genre's bands have adopted, this means they are free from the expectations and demands of any "scene".

February is going to be one hell of a month, Wolves... will be heading out on a short headline tour after an appearance at the Transmediale Festival in Berlin at the end of January, they will then tear through the rest of Europe taking in Germany, Holland, Czech Republic, Austria and London.
